Refunds & returns for defective goods

PLEASE TEST THE SCREEN BEFORE INSTALLING. We do test all parts prior to shipping and customer has to take the responsibility on replacing the part carefully. Please be adviced that we highly recommend you to use a QUALIFIED technician for any sort of repair. Parts that damaged on repair will void the warranty ( Specially Broken flex cables).

Your entitlement to a refund or replacement for defective or damaged goods is outlined below. The warranty is calculated by the date of original purchase. 

  1. We offer a 3 MONTHS Limited Warranty for used phones, 6 MONTHS Limited Warranty for Macbook screens, and a 12 MONTHS Limited Warranty for all the screens and parts. All of the batteries will have 3 MONTHS Warranty.
  2. Defective/Faulty items are classified as items that mechanically malfunctioned NOT as a result of user error, which is classified as damage from the result of the user dropping, spilling, or in some way altering the original state of the product. 
  3. ANY scratches, cracks, dints or other damage will void the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse warranty on ANY items displaying any physical damage at our discretion.
  4. We will post the replacement parts in 48 hours after we receive and test the faulty parts.
  5. The postage costs are non-refundable, and any postage costs to return items back to us are paid by the customer. All returns are subject to stock status and we reserve the right to offer a refund for the item instead of replacement.
  6. All returns must be in its original packaging. Please pack the defective items carefully to protect them from damage during shipping and post with reliable post method which offers tracking numbers. We are not liable for damage or lost during the shipment back to us.
  7. We recommend sending return by a traceable source of delivery so warranty could be processed smoothly. We take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
  8. We will charge a 10% restocking fee for all brand new products returned after one month since the purchase date. Therefore, if your customers change their mind or you accidently purchase a wrong product please return it within one month to avoid extra charge. Please note, the brand new products returned should be in the original unused condition and in warranty Period. The Parts Home reserves the right to reject the items returned if they do not meet the requirement.
  9. The store credit refund will be based on the current selling price.

 

Breakage Cover Warranty for iPhone In-Cell Screens

This warranty provides coverage for in-cell screens that incur internal damage while the front glass remains intact. It applies to iPhone models X through 12 Pro Max with in-cell technology manufactured after January 2023.

  1. Covered Areas:

    1) No Display;

    2) Broken LCD Panel;

    3) LCD Bleeding;

    4) Frame Separation.

  2. Exclusions:

    1) Liquid Damage;

    2) Broken Glass;

    3) Torn or Overbent Cables.

Please note: iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max are excluded from this coverage.
