  3. Please package your phones well with the form and send to us. 
  4. We will give you a quotation after our technician checking your phone.
  5. After the confirmation of the quotation, we will proceed the repairs. 
  6. We will send the invoice and post your phones back after payment.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Thepartshome.com.au will only be responsible for the requested repair areas.
2. In most cases, you will not lose any information, data or settings. We understand how important they are and try to make every effort to keep them intact. However, we cannot take responsibility for lost information, data or settings as it is often outside of our control and data may already be lost before we examine the device. Therefore, we highly recommend you back up your data regularly if possible.
3. For the non-liquid damage repair, we provide a 3-month (from the date when the parcel despatched from our warehouse to the date when we receive your product) warranty. But your warranty will be void if device and/or replaced parts have any physical damage, liquid ingress, mistreatment and/or have been tampered with a 3rd party. For the liquid damage repair, we don’t offer warranty.
4. We will do our best to fix your phone. However, it is not guaranteed that the phone will be fixed 100% same as the original appearance. Besides, the phone probably will be disassembled before the job cancelled. We cannot guarantee that the phone can be assembled to the exact same condition as it sent to us.
5. A phone that has call barring applied by network providers will not be refunded as it is the customers’ responsibility to ensure the phone is legitimate. Unlocking a phone does not remove call barring.
6. Thepartshome.com.au highly recommends that you pack your parcel properly to against theft and damage happened in transit. Please note that any couriers and Thepartshome.com.au will not replace your item if it is lost or damaged. We do not take any responsibility for parcel delayed which caused by couriers. We do offer free deliveries in Australia for any repairs from us, but the postage will be charged if the job has cancelled.
7. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and hold about you. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
8. If you have not claimed your device and paid all charges due within sixty (90) days after being notified by Thepartshome.com.au that your product has been repaired, Thepartshome.com.au will consider your product abandoned. Thepartshome.com.au will offer such notice to you at the mailing address you provided when you authorized the repairs. Thepartshome.com.au may dispose of your product in accordance with applicable provisions of law, and, specifically, may sell your device at a private or public sale without liability to you. Thepartshome.com.au reserves its statutory and any other lawful liens for unpaid charges.
